Barry Dungey – Managing Director
With over 35 years’ experience in senior operational roles within the Australian Power Industry, Barry understands the challenges that CEO’s and CFO’s currently face.
Barry is focused on continuous business improvement via culture improvement and asset performance optimisation. He holds key skills in:
- power station operations
- mine operations
- utility engineering
- accounting
- business administration
- risk management
- project development & management
- and asset performance optimisation.
Barry has a detailed understanding of electricity and gas markets and renewable energy options, along with the key elements required to ensure large assets perform within these markets and meet business expectations.
Barry holds qualifications in the following areas:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Graduate Diploma of Accounting
- Graduate Diploma of Business Administration.
He is a member of the following organisations:
- Australian Society of CPA’s
- Chartered Member of Institution of Engineers Australia
- Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Asok Kumar – Project Lead
Asok is an innovative and results driven senior management professional with an impressive record of achievements in asset management and plant operation, from operational readiness of greenfield sites to turnaround of brownfied sites into world class operations.
Asok has 35 years’ experience working in the power, mining, manufacturing and utilities industries including 10 years on greenfield sites in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and New Caledonia. He has a strong network of practitioners in mentoring and coaching on the basics for setting up a reliable plant operation.
Asok is a change agent recognised for exceptional talent in revitalising operations and reinvigorating underperforming businesses. With a flair for identifying and implementing simple solutions to complex problems with a hands on, leads by example approach, he fosters a culture of sharing and dedication to excellence. Asok holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
